Re: Something I've found...

(I should perhaps mention that my "diet" is for spiritual reasons far more than it is for physical self-gratification -- although the physical benefits are undeniable. Ka over Ba...)

Flax seed oil negates the "need" to consume rancid, diseased death drippings in order to attain Omega 3.

Personally, I do not believe in the "essential fatty acid" theory, not to the extent it is promoted at least. And one has to remember that it is, indeed, promoted, and like all things forced down our throats, there is always an alternative for those existing on a higher (moral) plane.

"Essential amino acids" are found in abundance in various fruits and berries; all that is required is for one to do a little research and then add the relevant foods into one's diet.

This may be a go-nowhere discussion, as I do believe that I, and perhaps Zach, are unshakable on the matter of rotten carcasses being "essential" for good health! Plus, it appears that my brain is highly active and, at times at least, quite profound...and all this without the "essential" poisons!

;)
