no, i am not a breatharian. i am a wannabe fruitarian, but i will be for real at some point.
you have to take these things in steps. the most important thing for you to do now is to give your body what it needs to grow and develope - plenty of sunshine, rest, fresh air(especially while you sleep), fun activities, fresh and raw food that is organically grown so it has the nutrients and not the toxins, and stay hydrated, drinking only distilled water with a little
Sea Salt for minerals. if you do those things, you will be so far ahead of your peers, you will appear to walk on water compared to them! and never wear shoes or socks(sandals in public). never put anything on your skin that you would not eat, literally.
i am helping an 18 yo girl with major body dysfunction and it is all because she has done none of the above and now we have to correct it. she is having all kinds of hormone and infection and weight problems.
