I thought if we ate over around 10 a day it wasn't very cleansing and could contribute to acne? Though I guess I can't have it both ways, and I really do need to put on some weight, plus I'm getting really cold lately cos of lack of bodyfat. More importantly, my husband is mourning my rapidly disappearing breasts!!
