A wonderful, nice healthy way to get lots of calories is raw nuts. They are great for you, taste wonderful and will give you lots of extra calories a day. They are best eaten between meals as snacks. But any time is OK. You can also have raw nut butters. Raw almond butter is the easiest to find.
