Thanks Shelley! I've been taking Celtic Sea Salt with every meal trying to replenish minerals and electrolytes--but when I've been doing the sauna I've been sweating profusely. I could probably stand to benefit by trying the rehydrating drink. I was just wondering...since I've got candida, is it wise for me to ingest maple syrup or table sugar? I read your post for rejuvenating drink and noticed that you advocate real Sugar as opposed to stevia--which is something I've been using for some time now since I don't handle Sugar very well. Also, have you had a lot of success with Ayurvedic remedies? I'm very open-minded and am interested when I hear of new (or at least new to me) treatment modalities.
