that's certainly been my experience, especially when eating fruit in the AM.
(as per the "fit for life" plan)and then say, soups and salad in the PM.

I have wondered whether eating fruit in the PM isn't the better idea.

I've also wondered about mixing fruit with vegetables as many seem to be doing, having gone raw. You often hear of people having great digestive trouble, bloating, etc.
