I absolutely love fruit! I'm just afraid I'll eat too much. Maybe I should be less worried about eating too much.

One thing that concerns me... will my system begin recalibrating itself with just 1 raw meal a day or will that only happen after I'm at least 80% raw? My goal is to begin having fruit for breakfast and then (next week or so) add a salad w/veggies and raw dressing for lunch... beyond that, I won't worry about what I eat for the rest of the day (as part of a transitionary period only). Eventually, when I'm comfortable with that, I'll switch to only having raw fruit/veggie snacks and dinner as well. Since it's such a HUGE overhaul for me, doing it all at once seemed like a set-up for failure. Does this type of transition tend to work in the long run?
