Re: Soooo hungry - feedback?

In my experience it happens when 100% raw. Many of us who have been thru the tranbsition recieved full benefits only after 100%. In fact many actually feel worse by mixing raw with cooked.

Listen to your body and see how you feel. Everyine is unique in how they spiral into raw and out of cooked. The way I did it was to increase more raw and then remove certain foods altogether. SUch as grains or dairy, or meat. You could set like a 1 month ora 6 week goal for the transition and durin g this time add raw while removing foods. Start with meat first, then grains, then dairy, then cooked. This can work well. Once into raw you may have some waves of illness as your body recalibrates and throws off toxins. This is a good time to utilize classic cleansing techniques such as sits baths, enemas (better yet colonics), liver flushing, digestive enzyme cleansing, etc. The goal here is to unclog all your organs and create a pristine cellular environment so that clean and vitasl nutrients can get in efficiently and ongoing regular metabolic wastes can be easily dealt with.

All diease is toxicity (including lack of flow) and lack of nutrition (at all levels). Fix this and you will be healthy. Not only healthy but incredibly healthy.

Include pure water, sunshine in low uv hours (sungazing at sunrise and sunset in barefeet on bare earth), excercise such as walking or cycling, rebounding (for lymph movement) etc. Do these things and reap the benefits. ;-)
