No doubt about it - mine looks exacty like this. And, I too tend to get crampy when I am about to unload a blob. I agree - looks scary. But I always do feel better when I unload some. The only thing is, right now my blobs are not quite as large as yours, but I attribute that to my colonics taking out the worst of it. I can tell by how I feel I am doing something right!! :)
