I WAS extremely ill. I have not been 'well" for about 8 years. But the last year or so was a nightmare

burning skin on head and face
burning skin in isolated other spots.
feeling disoriented
Feeling poisoned
anxiety
depression
insomnia
constipation
bloating
hopeless

That was prior to starting this regimen. I know feel a million time better nad I am fine to go to work adn function.

Remi, how much of this stuff do you think has to come out before you start returning back to normal? I have been pooping the same stuff that you have for a whole month now and I can tell that my mood is improving when I am not having dieoff.

oh they can, they just won't is mre like it. Try asking a traditional MD for a candida test, you might get laughed at or read the riot act. They do not believe it exist. This whole time I ahve been sick I have had doctors telling me I am healthy as a horse. they run tons of tests and everything is fine because they are not looking for the right things. Finally you realize you are on your own. You are better off going to the naturopath who at least understands candida and knows it can exist.

Did you try calling Drs Data and asking them what the result smean? Did you Dr. not explain it to you? Did you get a copy of the test results, because by law you are entitled to it. Alongside the results from your test should be arefernce range showing you if it is high or not.

The test I had done was a blood test. Normal range for candida was 1-10, mine was 13. I could ot discusss with the Dr that ordered that ordered the test because he would not give me my result initially until I payed for another Drs visit. So I threatened him and he then faxed results by " released me a patient" because I demanding my results be given to me. But at least I knew the reference range form looking at my test. I also called company and they only kept referring me to my Dr. So what I know is mine was very high. How high is high, again they said ask my Dr. But the Dr. I went to did not seem that convinced ( before blood work) that candida could be making me that sick. So how often did he really deal with it, and what his experience? Not much most likely.

But I was very high out of normal and look waht is coming out. So it is accurate.

you are wasting your time arguing with block heads. Precious time you need to be caring for yourself. I know it is infuriating. I feel the same. Now, I hate all MD's. I depsise them. I suffered for so long for nothing. It was all unneccesary. Either Md's behave this way because they are pressured by other MDs or they truly do not understand. But candida is NOT a mainstream illness. Most diseases were not mainstream. I mean, they just admitted that PMS actually exists. What a joke.

Everything that you need to do to get better, you can do without an MD. You have an a naturopath to order tests. And my guess is , you might know more about candida than any Dr. you will come across now because of all the research you have done. So all you have to do is apply what you have learned.

You have classic candida symptoms, you should respond very well.

And yes, start doing the pb shakes with GSE. I did until my caprylic acid arrived. It can only help speed things along. Make sure you drink plenty of water. And consider doing warm water enemas everyday or every other day. Just make sure you stay regular on the psyllium at all costs. The giant globs in my first few pictures came out with a warm water enema...so that does work wonders to get it out fact too.
