After seeing those pics maybe we should all join hands and sing Kumbayah or something. All joking aside, that's amazing and your documentation makes it easier for us to know what to expect.

I am sure I would be just as horrified as you but I only hope that I will begin to expel this stuff. I just ordered the Caproil a few days ago. Those shakes still constipate me. How often do you do your enemas? I am beginning to find that when I do the shakes, I have to do the enemas at least every other day or otherwise I start feeling bad - irritable and blocked up. How much water do you drink every day?
