The fruit diet is largely misinformation. Douglas Graham is a man that admits to not reading research. His physiology is wrong actually-- I have heard him make many, many mistakes about basic biochemical and physiological principles.

Like I said, it can work. The Kelley metabolic typing has been discredited to some degree. However, Gabriel Cousens has carried this tradition on to a large degree; You are quite found of him Lapis.

The fruit diet simply cannot work for most people. Cousens says that it will work for about 33%. If it works for this gentleman then all the power to him.

I applaud the raw diet, but one has to tailor it to their individual constitution. Intuition is a must in this process. One must be aware that if they are having problems it is not always a detox reaction.
