I agree with everything you said. I guess I'm in the saving mode and disregard the fact that many here have to actually sit in their own driver's seat without me in the navigator seat. You may think it's a control issue, but it's not.
It is painful for me to think that a person could die because of this illness. It is more painful to think that... How do I say this?
Some things in life are just not black and white, yes or no solutions.
Say I withhold a bit of "emergency/rescue" info because it is a person's path to learn to sit in their driver's seat... follow recommended protocol. Then say that person dies (if they have other autoimmune illness). I suppose I could say to myself that this type of death is their unique path to finding the truth about caretaking of the human physical vessel. But that seems rather over the top, especially when I or someone else could have said something to help that person along the way.
What's your view on this?
