My Nutritional Choices
I ingest living foods. I utilize veggie juices, some nuts, vegetable, fruits, some seeds, and weeds and grasses (wild).
For instance, hemp seeds, flax, avocado, coconuts, almonds, huge array of vegetables, fruits with a focus on berries, wheat and barley grass (juiced), sprouts, olive and hemp oils, and coconut butter, etc. All these have high life force energy with live enzymes and high mineralization (These are the three key factors for incredible nutrition). I also utilize raw cultured saurkraut for the ablility to synthesize b12 in my gut. I also use algae and spirulina.
Supplements are synergy greens, oregano oil, colloidal sivler as needed(angstrom), and olive leaf extract. I get my nutrition from food and utilize these for immune system enhancement over and above.
Water: I utilize excellent spring water with high life force energy and use distilled when fasting.
