Depends
You don't "contract" candida. Candida is a natural occuring fungus that can get out of balance under certain conditions. Conditions such as, heavey metal poisoning, use of
Antibiotics and other medications, poor dietary habits that lead to acidosis of your system, excessive radiation to solar plexus area, etc.
You can make your dysbiotic(candida overgrowth and related conditions) condition worse if you are already manifesting an excess of candida, by contacting more (and different strains) allowing for more infiltration/penetration.
If you are healthy with a good balanced, alkalinized system through proper dietary habits, then you have nothing to be concerned about. Seeing as the majority of your body's (physical) immune system is in your gut, if it is healthy, it will deal with anything out of the ordinary.
