Re: My Nutritional Choices

interesting. I have been gradually cutting meat out of my diet, and trying to focus on eating less proteins and more of a raw-based diet. but this is challenging as my body reacts to sugars in almost any form. (the only grain i can eat that doesnt bother me is Quinoa which ive heard is very acidic).

this morning i juiced two things of organic kale, and i feel great and not even hungry for anything else. unfortunately each thing of kale cost me two dollars and 25 cents, and both ended up making in total around 8 ounces of juice (!) so this is not a feasible permanent option. do you have any links or suggestions on how to effectively grow a mold-free wheat-grass? (for somebody who knows very little and hasnt grown anything in their life) i have no idea what seeds to use where to get them or any of the supplies. but i want to grow a lot of it this summer and then freeze it as you previously suggested.

if you know of any book titles/authors that explain how to identify and use wild grasses and herbs, let me know. a lot of what you have been talking about rings true to me (ive always responded well to raw foods, and not cooked. even cooked vegetables seem to somehow feed my candida). what you say makes sense, and gives me hope, i feel like i have so much to learn about and not a lot of free time unfortunately. i need the proper tools/information to be able to sustain myself this way over the long-term. but im willing to do the work.

thanks in advance for any info.
