Hi,
The first problem is for one to flush the Toxic waste from your colon with some enemas!

Now introduce some good Probiotics into your digestive system again.
This is one way to accomplish this: First thing in the morning drink a glass of water to flush out the excess acids from your digestive system so the Probiotics may live.
Next take the probiotics with an 8oz glass of "ONLY" skim milk( don't argue, I have heard them all already, this works!) if done in combination with the rest of the info!!
A good Probiotic may be gotten from vitaglo.com which is sold under the NOW brand and it is called 8 billion acidiphilus & bifidus, others brands work as well if they are good quality!!
If you are having real problems, then it may be to your advantage to take one of these probiotics before each meal with the skim milk. You do not take water before this for the mid day or even meal tho, just water for morning flush of the excess acids!!

Also you must stop eating "ANY" proteins 4-6 hours before bedtime!!

And if you are having trouble breathing or getting enough OXYGEN , you may want to take an Iron sulfate tablet before bed time, so your blood may carry a larger amount of OXYGEN!!!

Next during the day when you need energy or feel depressed make your self a drink of one half of a fresh Lemon juiced into an 8oz glass of water and to this, mix in one tablespoon full of pure blackstrap molasses( this is one of the cheapest sources of Carbon complexed Alkaline Minerals that I know of) maybe it is too cheap for you?
Drink this anytime you feel depressed or out of energy!!

If you are having real problems, then you may want to try this: Buy your self a small bag of pickling lime(calcium hydroxide) from the grocery store and also one gallon of distilled water.
Now take one tablespoon full of this calcium hydroxide and add it to the distilled water and this is then your stock solution of Lime water.
Now any time in the day that you drink any kind of a drink, you may add just one tablespoon full of this Lime water to your drink and this will help your body neutralize many of the Excess acids which are causing you problems in the first place!!

Also you are short of Magnesium, so at each meal you may take a small pinch of Epsom Salt, not enough to give you the scoots, if you get constipation, then increase the amount of Epsom Salt!!

If you want to get some real cheap Alkaline minerals, then go out into the country and find some where that hasn't been sprayed with poisons, you do not want it from alongside a road either, and find your self wild green grass and herbs to gather and take these home and put into a pot of water and bring to a boil and then turn the heat down to simmer for several hours and then turn the heat off and let cool. Now pour this broth off into a jar and keep in the refrigerator to drink as your Alkaline Mineral Broth!!! But it is too Cheap!!!

Get your self a study about Herbs and plants which are good to eat and find out about all of what most people call WEEDS IS REALLY GOOD FOR YOU!!!

Another must for the Alkaline Trace Minerals which people do not get from their foods, is to take some "KELP" , but you need to find a kelp which is high in Iodine or it will not work as good!!

A source which I have found to work very good is Norwegian Kelp powder packaged by NOW products and sold online by vitaglo.com in 10# size.
One may take several teaspoons of this per day and it does wonders to supply you with carbon based trace minerals which the body may use!!

Of course you need to stop eating all the Refined and Processed foods which are causing some of these problems in the first place, along with a bad environment and Bad mental thoughts!!!

These are but a few suggestions to start with.
