Wheatgrass

Also for good mineralization, coonsider wildcrafted plants such as dandelion etc. Growing your own wheatgrass utililizing ocean water will get a high degree of minerlas into the grass which you then juice. This approach is excellent.

I recommend thought that you grow your wheatgrass outside in the appropriate season and then freeze some for the rest of the year.

Sea vegetables such as kelp etc, are also very good but due to being dehydrated, you cannot juice them and flood your system with minerals like you can with home grown wheatgrass.

Most plants, including organic, are anemic when it comes to minerals, because our soils are so depleted. Understanding this and countering it is essential. Ocean water added to growing plants is a great way to counter depleted soil.

Eating appropriate wild plants is also a good way to get a vast array of minerals.
