The body operates from the release of energy which is created between the acids and the alkaline minerals in the body, if the body does not obtain enough Alkaline Minerals in it's Diet to neutralize the Acids created by the body trying to create an energy release, then it is "IMPOSSIBLE" for the body to stay Healthy, and this is the reason for "ALL" of the different Sickness and Disease people have!!!!!!!!!
Candida-Yeast/Fungus problems are the body trying to bring the system back to a more Alkaline state, this is the purpose of Fungi, for they themself causes the body to become more alkaline, but carry many problems with this taking place!!! This is a last ditch effort to warn you to correct your Diet or suffer some more and maybe even DIE!!
If you do not allow the body to become so Acidic in the begining , then there is no reason for the Candida-Yeast/Fungus to Activate in the body!!!!
You are correct in that one may eat all the greens etc and if one is unable to digest it then it is of little use!!
This is the reason for doing a body cleanse, starting off with an Enema to clean the colon out of it's Toxic waste it has in it and start the body in the proper direction!!!
Then to take some good Probiotics to help re-establish friendly digestive flora back into the digestive system!!!

Aerobic exercise, means OXYGEN creating or intaking into the body!!
Oxygen is considered to be the SWORD of all elements!!!!
Oxygen is Highly Alkaline and will neutralize many Acids the body creates!!
This is the exact reason that people who do a lot of physical work may eat a lot of protein, because the extra Oxygen they breathe in allows for the neutralization of the excess acids which the excess proteins create!!
Thus a person who does very little physical labor, would be much better off to eat "VERY LITTLE" protein!!!!
