You're absolutely right. Candida grows and proliferates gradually, so it's only natural that it takes many months or even years to get it under control. I wish it was something that could be fixed in a couple of months. But, unfortunately, it's not that easy. I guess the lesson to learn here is how to take care of our bodies for the long-term. I can say that having candida has forced me to go on a journey of healthy eating that I never would've chosen to go on otherwise. LOL But, I've learned a lot from it. I only wish I had the will power to stay away from the things that are bad for me. But, that's an on-going struggle. Some days I win, some days the candida wins. :)
