Katyrose, how did you get tested for candida?

I have done the yeast questionnaire and the spit test. Both indicate candida presence. There is no other explanation for my chronic sickness either from extensive medical testing and blood tests.

I recently did a stool test but have no results back yet. I wonder what the reliability of the cadida tests is, as I have heard that they can give you false negatives.
