you need to launch an attack. a full out war on them.

consume nothing that doesnt kill them for 2 weeks.

only eat garlic, onion, and pepers in there raw state.

then take herbs like gse, paw de arco, oragano, green tea.

take some good probiotics.

drink a lot of water with salt in it, good salt though, not that stuff that looks like cocaine.

take steam showers, and rest, and when you can streatch and move your body like walking when you have the energy.

just dont conume anything at all unless its going to kill it. lettuce and cucumbers may not feed the yeast. but you will be causing more free radicals by eating them so it doesnt make any sence to do that. it will just slow down the results. if you feel dizzy at times just lay down and rest. its even good to streach your whole body out while laying down that way you circulate your blood. dont cause free radicals by eating foods you dont need. oh and 35% h202 diluted will be really good to. just read up and dont take everything at the same time.
