really weird- poor you, how alarming. Mine isn't so much in my legs and hands, it really does feel like adrenaline so I suppose my heart really...but I've had my blood pressure checked recently and mine isn't related to that. Mine also doesn't seem to be related to food- it could be temperature but I hadn't noticed it was directly related. Confusing isn't it? I have read somewhere that your adrenal function can be badly affected as it is directly related to blood Sugar but no clues on how to deal with it yet.
