Be light and breezy now!

It's hard to know which came first, candida or AI, but I think they're all related. Along with causing your thyroid and all the other hormones to become unbalanced and your immune sx going wacky and attacking your own body, which makes you think it's too strong but it's actually weak.
What a mess.
And I believe it's candida that caused it all.
