the feeling like you are going to pass out is definitely a drop in bp. i was on the pill once for about 4 months...and everytime i took a hot bath in those four months i would almost pass out when i got out of the water. one time my vision actually blacked out and i was damn near close to fainting. so i went to the doc and they told me to get bloodwork done to see if i could stay on the pill and i said forget that because it wasn't worth it to me...i just stopped taking it from that point on and never took it since. they said i was at a stroke risk or something so that really freaked me out...i was only 21 at the time. my aunt used to be a nurse and she said you will feel like you are going to faint when bp bottoms out. i am definitely going to call my doc and get my bp records to see if i notice any changes over the years.
i agree with you about my having mineral deficiencies. i read an interesting post today about foods and minerals and how we can't even get them from organic foods anymore either. i thought i would try to get my vitamins and minerals from food alone instead of taking all of these supplements but i realize now that it is not working and i have to get back on some of the really important ones like cal mag and zinc. there was something about ionic minerals and trace minerals in his post that was pretty interesting too. i am going to go back and reread it before i buy any new supplements.
how are you getting back some old symptoms...have you fallen off of the wagon recently?
