thanks michelle. you always have a way of making me feel better when you respond to one of my questions. don't worry...i will be doing calcium and magnesium daily as soon as i get myself organized this weekend. i am going to be putting my new plan of attack into effect but need a little time to organize all of my supplements. i am sticking to approximately 64 - 72 ounces of water per day. i once read you should drink half of your body weight in ounces per day. i weigh about 128 pounds right now so 64 ounces is exactly half.
btw are you still on the garden veggies? i had to stop because i was experiencing too much die off and flu like symptoms. i went away for the new year and didn't want to be really sick for my trip so i stopped but will be starting them again very soon. just wondering how you were doing with them?
i have read that you have been feeling really lousy lately and going through a lot of die off...i hope it ends for you soon and that you have some good days ahead! hang in there!
