Your main symptoms are candida relate and pretty standard. You have candida in your nose, mouth and eyes, just standard.

What is not really astounding (but rather very common with candida) yet needs to be attended now is your feeling cold: this is symptomatic of thyroid problems you should get your thyroid checked so as to find out if you suffer from hypo- or hyper thyroid disfunction and treat it. Coconut oil is a good supplement in both cases.

Here are a few hint that will help:
Brian fog/can't think straight/lack of energy
LECITHIN
Dry/sore tongue/mouth/nose
SODIUM DEFICIENCY - PUT A BIT OF SALT IN EVERY GLASS OF DRINKING WATER
White/yellow stuff on tongue (some of it comes off after brushing)
BOWEL CLEANSE

As for the other symptoms:
Bloating
Constipation
Slightly sore/tingling back

Bloating and constipation are a side effect of the presence of candia in the bowels. You need to augment your oil intake (along with lecithin) extra virgin oil and salmon oil, with every meal, every day.

The tingling back is liver issue. Cod liver oil could help a great deal. If this does not do it, once you are taking care of your thyroid, consider a liver cleanse.

Your eyes will get better as you heal candida, and especially so when you get to the kidneys cleanse.
Healing candida has to do with alternating Bowels, liver and kidneys cleanses. That is, once you are okay with the diet. For now, get your thyroid under control and then, alternate the three cleanses.
