food intolerance will make you feel extremely tired after eating it.
What you are describing is poor liver function. The liver needs to get rid of so many toxins surrounding candida and giving it an environment to proliferate, but alos produced by candida... your liver is eshausted. YOu might be deficient in potassium or other minerals essential for liver function (Nickel). Try digestive enzymes.

Short term eat more soup and raw veggies (even for breakfast)
Long term:
