Re: HELP! How do I recognize candida?

WOW...you read my medical history (well, some of it)! I had no clue that stuff could be linked! I have been having weird dizzy spells, my urine has looked cloudy, and all of a sudden on new year's eve, my mouth started feeling 'funny'...I couldn't taste anything! My tongue felt like pins and needles (which I have been experiencing spurradically in my extremities as well) and everytime I tried to eat or drink, it felt like my mouth was on fire! It has subsided some what, but things still taste wierd; and my mouth feels raw.

The other things you explained I experienced about 4-5 years ago...the labrynthines (spelling?), the migranes, pain, body aches, joint problems...almost all of what you said. I didn't know what was going on at the time; but it all started after I had several bouts of strep and had been on lots of Antibiotics . WIERD!!!

I agree that I am doing pretty well right now; but I think I could be better. I just had heard of candida, and thought I would like to know the signs to look for. I did the Oxypowder cleanse for 10 days; and ate just about nothing but homemade (fresh) tomato soup. The wierd thing is that after the cleanse, the only thing I want to eat is tomato soup! I crave it; and don't want to eat much else...it just isn't apealing if it isn't tomato soup! I don't know if there is something in tomato's that my body is craving or what. Mystery!
