have you tried digest gold by enzymedica? that's what i have now. and the multi enzyme from drnatura.com . have you compared different brands and like this the best, or you just grabbed this and think it suits you fine?

also in a previous response on this thread you said the 3 things helped you. enzymes is one. probiotics is two. what's the 3rd?
