Just as additional information, I have been using Now Foods brand of plant enzymes. It contains Protease, Acid stable protease, lipase, cellulase, and lactase. And it contains both papain and bromelain. It is a vegetarian formula, and veggie capsules.

I use a dairy-free, shelf-stable multi-probiotic formula by Jarro-dophilus. It is in an orange box and has 4.4 billion organisms per capsule at manufacture, for what it's worth. Tweet
