Might want to consider asking about the merits of a test for Toxoplasmosa Gondi infection? I'm an amateur, no medical advise here.
If not, the symptoms could be related to any number of vitamin or mineral deficiencies/toxicities. Biotin, Riboflavin, and A are probably the chief suspects, but who's to know, and whether or not the problem would be toxicity or deficieny in one or two of those cases.
Consider Alopeecia Areata, and if so, study what you can about adrenal insufficiency. If they've already found your thyroid problem, you could well have a polyglandular deficiency situation at work, too.
