It is a big deal. I do not want to push it and I restrict it to fruits whcih are not too sweet, but to have less intolerance than I used to really indicates my condition is improving.
Now with the P & B shakes (once a day) I still expell candida (3-4 daily). But I would no longer expell any with the psyllium alone.
I still have some road to walk by, but eating fruits really is going to ease it on vitamin intakes which is a lot more healthy.
