It sound like we are taking similar paths in the philosophy of healing. I am also working toxins out of my syetem and trying to be as gentle to my liver as possible while doing it.
I actually have read that the black stools indicate they are full of toxins. This totally jives with my experience because they turn black after I have been taking supps to pull out toxins. However, what I am doing differs from what you are doing a little bit. I figure, if the liver is stressing (in other words, working hard to clear toxins), that is when I want to increase my
Liver Cleansing routines (for me this is cleansing salads, and lemon and olive oil mixture in the mornings, no caffeine or chocolate as they both will slow down liver function), rather then pull back on them. And instead, I want to pull back on the things that are promoting the detox, in other words stop or at least decrease my toxin-pulling supps until the liver can catch up. So far this is working really well for me and I have a decrease in allergic reactions, and while I eat at least 2 pieces of fruit a day, I see no sign of candida returning. Does this make sense to you? I am wondering what you think and if there is something I am not taking into consideration with my approach.
