I was intrigued by the people who tried xylitol. I believe I have candida as I have eczema and ringworm I cannot get rid of . I eat vegetarian and eat many herbs. My question is: How does it taste? I have tried both "green" and "white" stevia. They both have aftertastes. Also can you bake using xylitol? When using stevia in baking, the recipes do not come out the same as Sugar since Sugar or honey has helpful properties in baking. Also, do you just put xylitol in 1/4 cup and chug it or use it in food?
