Hi Demi: Yes, amazing that a Sugar can cure! I have been posting at the healthy awareness Candida Forum , and one lady was using d mannose for her urinary tract infection - she said it helped, but didn't totally cure it. She said she'll be using it for prevention, in the future.
I have been getting xylitol at health food stores. Does Toronto have many?
