Hi Tim! I wish I could answer your questions; I read what caused brain fog somewhere, but I had too much fog myself to remember what it said. A lot of other people here are quite knowledgeable about these things, though.
That's a great idea about the kelp. I took some baths in it, and it felt absolutely great, but it got pretty expensive. I might try that again. My skin felt really good after that.
In reference to the article you mentioned, I just wrote an e-mail to the author; she's a Ph.D. Maybe she could help us out.
Yes, I'm looking forward to hearing how other people do on this, also. A couple of ladies on the other forum tried it, and got migraines from it; I felt really bad about that. But a couple more are trying it now, so we'll see.... But, personally, I'm just amazed. And my brain fogginess is definitely a lot better, especially when I walk.
