I have similar problems and am currently battling my GP and hospital endo to believe the 24hr urine test results I have ahd done which show t4-t3 non conversion.
I'm not sure which came first in my case but I am most likely hypo adrenal as well (saliva test) and my other hormones are also affected.
There is an article on the www.candida.org.uk website which talks about candida and the endocrine system
