OOh, I remembered one more - Medjool Dates! YUM
They are dense, and taste like a brown sugar/molasses candy. I think 2-3 is enough to satisfy me in one go. You could easily take those to work, I think, as they are not messy. Just an idea.
Loading up on steamed broccoli and carrots sounds like a good idea to me, some say you absorb them better cooked, although of course then the enzymes are killed. Just an idea. :-)
