Have you had a laps in your diet? You earlier message was so positive and helpful.
Why don't you try some creative visualization? Imagine yourself being totally satisfied eating raw foods and not missing the other things. Or is it an emotional craving for the carbs? If so, you may need to do some releasing of whatever is causing you to want those foods. They may be a kind of emotional comfort. Try meditating on the problem and see if a solution comes to you?
I've gotta do this myself!
