Hi Fiz....I hear ya, this is my problem too. But good for you for getting rid of all the junk. When I give in to the carb cravings I try to have something in as whole a state as possible...so potatoes, or rice, or millet. I'd rather not have it, but it's better than bread or pasta (bread's always been my weakness). And if I'm in a controlled state when I make the decision, I have the carbs either alone or with veggies, but no fruit before or after. So either fruit or cooked carbs, but not both...I try, but lots of times I don't stick to this. But when I do, I'm not as hungry.
And I try to have more veggies since it cuts cravings, although they aren't my favorite thing. Lately, I just juice up the whole bowl of them, which only amounts to maybe 1 glass, and be done with it. If you don't have a juicer, maybe some spirulina or blue greeen algae would help.
Other than that, I don't have any answers...but you're not alone, it's my last frountier too.
