I threw the table salt out last week. :-)
I don't drink soda (I took a sip recently, and boy did I burp! It's not worth it)
But there has to be some major thing I'm missing.
I just can't decide: to supplement or not to supplement.
I read about Depression being caused by deficiencies. I FEEL deficient!
anyway, I just don't know.
Think I'll go gag some kelp down. ;-)
