Do not let self-proclaimed "experts" drag you down and make you doubt what you know is working for you. I suspect on the instrument you used "0" meant neutral, neither acid or alkaline. Water can be tested with standard litmus paper that is readily available, and a reading of "7" indicates neutral. The strips used to test body fluids may have slightly different reagents to get readings, but I have used them to test water and my distilled water is usually neutral. My doctor says this kind of pH testing does not reflect the overall pH balance of the body, which out of necessity varies from organ to organ. All saliva and urine testing reflects is whether or not acid or alkaline foods have been consumed recently. I am not saying that proper pH balance is not an important part of good health, but a good diet is all that is needed for most people to achieve the balance they seek. Constant acidity can point toward diabetes and kidney disease.
While it was probably a good idea to remind readers that "0" on a standard test would indicate extreme acidity, I felt some of the remarks made were very close to a personal attack. I appreciate you sharing your research as you search for answers to better health. You are probably one of the most respected and admired people on Curezone and do not deserve to be attacked. How much better it would have been if you were asked how you tested your water instead of claiming you did not know what you were talking about.
