Yes we are all so different so we have to slowly adjust with which we are comfortable with. One of the first things I always suggest, at least start drinking water and no soda's and throw the table salt out and just use celtic Seasalt . I have switched to Himalayan salt, I put in my own container and then noone has an idea that it is anything else than table salt .
My grandchildren get cereals with almond milk and they have never said that they can taste it. They must think that I buy milk in a carton box :). My son could not believe it, his kids so picky.
