Yeah I felt the same way back when I was asking you what you've read before. I like how you think it's what I call the principles and you call the essence behind what is written that matters. I'm the same way. There are a lot of things written I could care less about, and couldn't answer, like who begat who, or where they live.
By the way I'd be mumbling 60's cartoons. I sense I'm older than you are. So you carry the torch further down the road for me.
