I agree.

We learn from our mistakes. They help us to grow. They teach us valuable lessons. We move on to "the next level". We also have to face our fears head on. We have to deal with our issues, so we can be healthy and happy. Forgiveness is very important cause it really frees us from staying "stuck" in the same destructive mindset. Grudges only serve to hold us back.
