Re: Is this panic/anxiety attacks? And what do I do to correct problem?
Where do you live? To my knowledge, this is "alternative medicine", which means it is not FDA/AMA approved. Therefore, it is unlikely that your family doctor can do the test. I had the testing done in Tijuana, Mexico because it is unavailable in California. However, someone told me that there is a clinic in the state of Washington who gives this test, so I think it is done "quietly" in the states. The hard part is finding someone. The test costs $600 but it's worth it. Because the test might be hard to find you might want to use kinesiology muscle testing which I have found is just as effective and you can learn how to do it yourself, it is also very easy to find a practitioner. That's wonderful that you have given up soda, it will lead to more positive changes. The biggest things I've noticed that causes attacks in my son and I are foods that we are allergic to(this is the biggest one), especially sugar, wheat, and dairy and most foods that we did not prepare and cook ourselves. Any kind of fastfood as well as most boxed, preprepared, and packaged foods will bring on mood swings, anxiety, and
Depression in us. You should not drink anything but pure water or freshly made juices or herb teas. All bottled beverages are full of toxins and chemicals which cause
Depression and other health problems, we do not drink them. Also, DO NOT use laundry bleach, it is a poison to the body and especially the brain and will cause all kinds of mood disorders. We notice changes around the time we stopped using this, use
Iodine to clean the toilet and hydrogen peroxide to get rid of stains(don't leave it on for a long time though cause it will burn a hole, you can use it with colors too)My guess is that the foods your eating and the products you are using are what's causing your problem. Fastfood(especially Mcdonalds) is absolutely one of the worst foods that you could put in your body, DO NOT EAT IT IF YOU WANT TO GET BETTER! I'll bet if you did everything that I explain in the message link you will heal yourself completely, forever. It's really about elimenating all toxins from your home, stop putting them in your body, and cleansing out toxins such as heavy metals. Cleansing heavy metals made a huge difference in us. The product we use is HMD and clay baths from magneticclay.com After you have done this I believe that there is nothing that cannot be healed. I read here on CZ that 90% of serotonin(the wellbeing hormone)is made in the intestines. When you have a toxic colon, as anyone who is living an unhealthy lifestyle does, you body cannot make and utilize this hormone properly. I think that for a full and complete recovering from mood disorders it is important to cleanse the colon, I am doing this myself. Other wonderful things you can do for your health are liver and kidney cleanses. Eating plenty of fresh raw fruits and vegetables is also very important. It's important to realize that if you want to heal any illness you need to prepare your own food and not eat out at all, at least when recovering. When you cook you should use stainless steel cookware only, no teflon coated cookware. We usually eat a fruit and nut salad for breakfast, a big salad and fish, eggs, turkey, or chicken for lunch, snack on fruit and nuts, and have quinoa, wild rice, potatoes, steamed greens or a salad and occasionly some more animal protein for dinner. It took us a while but we have finally found a meal plan that we enjoy eating and we are not allergic to. For mood disorders it is also very important to rid your house of all chemical products, including soaps, laundry detergents, dishwashing detergent, lotions, and any other body products. You should use mostly borax for your cleansing purposes, which you can cheap at regular grocery stores. Even the cleaning products in health food stores have chemicals and are bad for your body. Also, do not take any over-the-counter meds such as advil or tylenol when you have the flu, you want your body to have a fever so that it can cleanse itself. That's about all I can think of besides what I explained in my message to rg. Good luck on getting well and feel free to ask anymore questions. Love, Mary
