It's okay ,there are things you can do to change this. First of all you need to realize that all of these symptoms are caused by an imbalaced and toxic body. The brain is a part of the body, in fact many of the hormones that are made by the brain are also made by the intestines(90% of serotonin is made in the intestines). If you heal the imbalance and cleanse the toxins you will have healthy emotions. Your doing the right thing by cleansing your colon, the worsening of your anxiety symptoms is a classic sign of healing and it will balance out. Everytime I start a new cleanse I start getting the really bad anxiety about the most ridiculous things, but it always goes away and I feel much better. But if you really want to change this you HAVE to stop drinking caffeine or eating any other processed foods. Read this article http://stresshelp.tripod.com/id7.html there are many others like it. Understand that the feeling awful when you don't drink the caffeine is a sign that your body and adrenals are burned out and to get better you need to stop. I know that this can be very difficult and even seem impossible but there are ways that you can ease or stop the pain of withdrawal. Hulda Clark says that if you take 500mg of arginine in the morning the withdrawal will only last 10 days and then you will start to feel better than you ever have. She advises you to mark the days off your calender. 10 days is a very short time when you think about it. I used to feel like this all the time, the exact same thing. It was so bad that I couldn't stand to be around anyone or I would start getting such anxiety and thinking so many bad thoughts, it was awful and I hated myself for it. Now, after about a year of cleansing and changing my diet to eating all raw foods I no longer feel this way. Trust me I know the feeling of hopelessness but until your already on death's door there is always hope. You can and will get through this and all you need to do is change your diet and do the cleanses suggested here on curezone.
