As of today, the little mole is well healed and there really isn't to much evidence that it even existed. The larger mole still has the black scab on but it is starting to fall off, I will let it be..
I have been putting Aloe on the surrounding skin of the bigger mole because it became irritated abit.
I do consume the ACV 3 times a day and I have to admit that stuff is wonderful. I started this whole procedure last friday (applying external and drinking internal)and I just can't believe the results. my skin has improved over all my hair is soft and silky , and my digestion is incredible..I do have a runny nose though I'm not sure if that is do to ACV or this change of weather in our area.
as far as moles go. I don't know where they come from. All I know is my whole family has them. My Dad and 4 siblings..My dads brothers and sister had them too. It's funny since my dad is now a senior it seems some of them disappeared and some of them were big.
The lady who told me about using ACV said her moles never came back, hopefull mine won't either. But if they do at least I learned about the benefits of ACV . So to me it was well worth it..
