Highly unsightly is a little extreme, in my opinion, for a scab on your face. A slash across your face or even a surgeon cutting into your face to remove them to me is unsightly. I wouldn;t try it every mole on your face at one time, I think you should try it on one, maybe even if you have one on your arm..It's really up to you if you want to do it, I'm sure there are other means to remove the mole, have you tried a dermatologist? I tried this method , yes I was afraid of the unknown,but it worked..
